The case, in numbers
Every figure below is computed live from claimant submissions and confirmed contributions. The numbers are aggregate and non-identifying: no individual case is disclosed here, and nothing about a specific claimant, wallet, or contribution amount is ever surfaced on this page.
This is the same docket our own team works from, pulled from the same database that drives intake, review, and fund administration. It is not a separate marketing number computed for this page. If a claimant submits a loss assessment, it is reflected here within a minute. If a contribution is confirmed on-chain, the fund balance below updates the same way.
We publish this page because litigation funding asks people who have already lost money to put more money in. That only works if the numbers behind the ask are real, checkable, and updated without anyone having to request them.
Methodology
How these numbers are calculated
The sum of every loss figure claimants have entered at Stage 5 of intake, across every case on the platform, whether draft, submitted, or under review.
The count of cases that have been formally submitted or moved to active review. Draft cases still in progress are not counted.
The count of distinct claimant wallet addresses with verified transaction hashes on record. Each wallet is counted once, regardless of how many claims reference it.
The sum of litigation-fund contributions that have been confirmed on-chain. Pending or unconfirmed contributions are not included.
The count of cases our team has moved into active review, past initial intake.
See the full Disclosures page for what these figures do and don't represent.
