The Process
Eleven stages, one case file
Every claimant goes through the same intake, in order, with save-and-resume at every step. Here's exactly what each stage asks for and why.
Personal information
Your name, contact details, and preferred way to be reached, so our team can identify and follow up with you.
Identify the project
The coin name, contract address, chain, and any official website or socials: the coordinates of the project that caused your loss.
Investment details
What you put in, when, at what price, and what it's worth (if anything) now.
Wallet verification
Your wallet address and transaction hashes: the on-chain proof that ties you directly to the project.
Loss assessment
Invested, lost, tokens still held, and percentage loss, calculated automatically from your numbers.
Your story
What attracted you, what promises were made, when you realized something was wrong, and the timeline of events.
Evidence upload
Screenshots, Telegram and Discord logs, X posts, site snapshots, whitepapers, preserved before platforms take them down.
Suspected parties
Developers, team members, influencers, founders, wallets, and exchanges you believe are responsible.
Case-strength assessment
An automated read (Strong, Moderate, or Needs More Evidence) checked against four criteria: verifiable wallet activity, evidence on record, documented loss, and identifiable parties.
Join as an official claimant
An electronic signature, dated consent, and acceptance of the Terms & Conditions and Claimant Agreement formally submits your case.
Litigation-fund contribution
Choose a support tier. Higher tiers buy priority handling and a lower success fee, never a bigger promised payout. Any recovery is distributed per the court, settlement, or claimant agreement.
