How recovery works
Your tier changes what you pay and what you get back, not what you're owed
Your contribution supports the cost of pursuing the litigation and does not guarantee a specific recovery amount. If the litigation results in a successful judgment or settlement, recovered funds will be distributed in accordance with the court's orders, any approved settlement agreement, and the claimant agreement you signed when joining the case.
Concretely: a Recovery Basic claimant and a Recovery Partner claimant with the same documented loss are eligible for the same share of any court judgment or settlement. What differs is the success fee taken from that recovery (25% at Basic, down to 10 to 15% negotiable at Partner) and the level of service along the way: how fast your evidence is reviewed, how deep the forensic investigation goes, and who you talk to.
